a cooking demonstration where we learned about how to help make good choices when cooking to keep us healthy and a wonderful dinner prepared by Lindsay Autry, Top Chef Texas finalist! I cannot even begin to describe how AMAZING the food was! Crazy over the top delicious! only a few pics of our dinner posted (camera will be charged to post pics in the morning)
